Canada's DTV transition is NOT the end of Free TV

There is a lot of misinformation out there regarding Canada's switch to digital-only TV on August 31, 2011. If you currently subscribe to cable or satellite then you will NOT be impacted. If you receive programming though an antenna and you have an older TV which does not have an ATSC tuner then you will lose your programming after Aug. 31. To continue to receive FREE over-the-air TV you will need to purchase a new HDTV or purchase a Set-top-box converter.
